1. What ScoreboardEdge is

ScoreboardEdge publishes model-generated, human-reviewed opinions about NFL, NBA and NHL games ("picks") to paying members. Picks are information and entertainment only. They're probability estimates, not predictions of certainty, and not financial, investment or legal advice.

2. No guarantee

We make no promise about the outcome of any game or the profitability of acting on any pick. Past results, including our published record, don't predict future results. You alone decide whether to place any wager, and you're responsible for what you stake.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18, or 21 where your local law requires, and must only use the service where sports wagering and paid sports information are legal. ScoreboardEdge doesn't take bets or hold customer funds.

4. Subscriptions

Packages are billed monthly in US dollars (NFL, NBA or NHL: $24.99 a month each; All-Access: $55.99 a month) and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from your account; access continues to the end of the paid period. Fees already paid aren't refunded for partial periods except where the law requires.

5. Your account

Keep your login private. Accounts are personal: sharing, reselling or republishing picks isn't allowed, and we may suspend accounts that do.

6. Changes

We may change the service, prices or these terms. We'll give notice of price changes before your next renewal.
